Ten steps, from creating the feed to a live submission reaching Zoho Bigin.

Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details

  1. Step 1: Create a new integration feed

  3. Step 3: Enter a feed title

    New feed › Feed title

On the Name this feed screen, enter the required information. In the Feed title field, enter a name of your choice, for example Formidable Forms to Bigin contacts. The title is used inside WordPress only, in the feed list and the delivery log.

  4. Step 4: Select your Formidable Forms form

    New feed › Form

Open the Form dropdown, which lists your Formidable forms. Select the one that should send data to Zoho, then click Continue.

    One feed, one form

Each feed listens to exactly one form. To connect another Formidable form, create another feed.

Steps 5–10 · Destination and mapping

  1. Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account

Zoho connection step › Connected account

On the Zoho connection step, open the Connected account dropdown and choose the Zoho account you connected under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections. Records are created in this account, and each feed can use a different one.

  3. Step 7: Select the Zoho Bigin module

  4. Step 8: Turn on the duplicate check

Zoho connection step › Duplicate Check

The duplicate check looks for an existing Bigin record that matches the submission, based on email, name or another field. When it finds a match, FormBridge updates that record instead of creating a new one.

Turn it on if you want existing records updated, then click Next.

  5. Step 9: Map your Formidable Forms fields

    Mapping step › Field Mapping

Match each Formidable field to the Zoho Bigin field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.

    Required fields

Each Bigin module has its own required fields. For Contacts, map a value to Last Name. If a required field is empty, Bigin won’t create the record.

  6. Step 10: Create the feed and test it

    Mapping step › Create feed

If a Bigin field should always get the same value, set a static value in its mapping row instead of choosing a form field. When the required fields are mapped, click Create feed.

Submit the selected Formidable form with test data to confirm the connection works.

    Delivery logs

Every delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Good to know
  • One feed listens to exactly one form. If two Formidable forms should both send data to Zoho Bigin, create two feeds.
  • Changing the Zoho app, account or module after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
  • To see exact Zoho Bigin field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.
